7. Acceptable BEHAVIOUR

AFA Academy is committed to providing a positive and safe environment for all participants. We expect all players, parents, coaches, and staff to adhere to the following standards of behavior:

- Respect and Courtesy: All interactions should be respectful and courteous. Harassment, bullying, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.

  • Sportsmanship: Players are expected to display good sportsmanship on and off the field. This includes following the rules of the game, respecting officials, and treating opponents with respect.

  • Parental Conduct: Parents should support their children in a positive manner. Negative BEHAVIOUR, such as yelling at players, coaches, or referees, is not acceptable.

  • Coaching Conduct: Coaches should provide a supportive and inclusive environment. They must not engage in or tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse.

  • Staff BEHAVIOUR: All staff members are expected to act professionally and uphold the values of AFA Academy at all times.

8. Child’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. AFA Academy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Marketing, Media, Photography, and Video Policy

By registering for and participating in AFA Academy programs, you consent to AFA Academy using photos and videos taken during events and sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media channels, brochures, and other marketing materials.

  • Photographic and Video Content: We may take photographs and videos of participants during training sessions, matches, and other Academy activities.

  • Usage: These images and videos may be used to promote AFA Academy and its programs. They may be featured on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
